The overall goal of this event was to…

  • Practice being sustainable and eco-friendly through conserving resources, and reducing overall footprint by extending the life of items.

  • Have an excuse to clean out your closet, get rid of things you don't use anymore, and free up some room for yourself.

  • Meet up in a community space to chat, try on clothes and connect, and meeting people with similar style or interests!

  • Save some money!! It feels like shopping, and you get some new items at no price.

Special shout out to my friend Jess who hand painted this! Next time you see it hopefully it will be framed. (@bannerbehaviorbyjess on instagram)

Thank you so much to everyone who came to my first event! A special shout out to my partner Matthew for all his help setting up, as well as everyone who stayed to help clean up!

We were able to donate the following to Rachel's Women's Center, who "provide a safe, supportive environment and opportunities for women with few or no resources to gather, begin, and continue self-help efforts."
